Delivery & Returns

My order has been processed, when will my package arrive?

Orders take 1 to 2 business days to be delivered by our courier (The Netherlands).

How long does it take to process my order?

We'll process your order within 2-4 business days. We always try to send out your order as soon as possible. If any delays come up, we'll let you know.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship in The Netherlands, we'll soon start shipping to more EU countries.

Can I return something if I don't like it?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number so we can process your return faster.
